The Website and Mobile Apps collect standard Internet log information including your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses. To ensure that the Website, Mobile Apps and Communications are well managed and to facilitate improved navigation, we or our service provider(s) may also use cookies (small text files stored in a user’s browser) or Web beacons (electronic images that allow us to count users who have accessed particular content and to access certain cookies) to collect aggregate data. Nuvem Group adheres to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce with respect to personal information that is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland to the United States within the scope of Nuvem Group’s Privacy Shield certifications. The personal data we collect may be used where we have your specific consent to provide you with access to the Website, Mobile Apps and Communications, or where we have a legitimate business interest in or other legal basis for collecting, processing, and using such information. The personal information you submit to us may be used to manage our relationship with you, including any of your requests, or to customize or improve the Website or a Mobile App and related services offered to you.
Nuvem Group uses your personal data to fulfill your requests for information, process your requests to participate in conferences and events, personalize content that you view or receive on the Sites, evaluate and improve our services, distribute newsletters and alerts to you, recruit and evaluate job applicants, analyze the Sites’ performance and functioning, publish your letters to the editor or comments, prevent fraud, enforce our terms of use, comply with all applicable laws and corporate reporting obligations, enforce Nuvem Group’s agreements, and accomplish other purposes you may initiate or request. We may keep any of your personal data on file and use it to contact you.

We may also use your personal information for marketing purposes, or to send you promotional materials or communications regarding services provided by us or other members of the Nuvem Network that we feel may be of interest to you. We may also contact you to seek feedback on services provided by members of the Nuvem Network or for market or other research purposes. You may at any time request that we discontinue sending you Communications, emails or other correspondence.

Nuvem Group may use first and third party Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies to manage our Sites and our services and collect analytics about how you use them. The information provided throughout this Privacy Policy about cookies also applies to these other tracking technologies. We generally do not require collected information to obtain access to any area of the Site. However, if you decide to provide personal information to the Company, in no case will the Company sell, license or transmit that information to third parties, except as required or permitted by law. In relation to Mobile Apps, we may share your usage and personal information with mobile carriers and platform providers, as well as any other entities described in any particular Mobile App in connection with the operation of the Mobile App. We may also use third party service providers to analyze non-personally identifiable user activity to fix errors, monitor usage, and improve the performance of the mobile applications. For example, Nuvem Group receives reports on some of our mobile applications’ aggregate usage and browsing patterns, including information about the type of device used, articles accessed, and other events occurring within our apps. Nuvem Group also receives reports on certain errors occurring within mobile applications. None of these third party service providers gathers information in a manner intended to identify any particular user personally.
In relation to Communications, we may share your personal information with service providers in connection with the delivery of such Communications.
All of these disclosures may involve the transfer of personal information to countries or regions without data protection rules similar to those in effect in your area of residence.
By providing information with respect to a Communication or through the Website or a Mobile App, you are consenting to the disclosures described above.

Personal data collected on the Sites may be transferred from time to time to Nuvem Group subsidiaries and affiliates and their personnel across our global organization, as well as to our third party service providers located throughout the world, including in countries where the local law may grant you fewer rights than you have in your own country. Where required by law, we have put in place legal mechanisms designed to ensure adequate data protection of your personal data that is processed by Nuvem Group subsidiaries, affiliates and third- party service providers, including the transfer of your personal data to countries other than the one in which you reside. Nuvem Group will not intentionally disclose or transfer (and will take reasonable steps to prevent the unauthorized or accidental disclosure of) your personal data to third parties without your consent, whether for such third parties’ own marketing purposes or otherwise, except as follows. Nuvem Group may provide access to your personal data to third party service providers engaged by Nuvme Group to provide services related to the Sites, provided that such third- party service providers will first agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of such information and provide the same level of data security as provided by Nuvem Group.
We also may share your personal data with third party service providers who perform services and functions on our behalf to support our interactions with you, including, for example, processing recruitment materials, administering surveys or contests, or communicating with you. The Website may host various blogs, forums, wikis and other social media applications or services that allow you to share content with other users (collectively Social Media Applications). The Sites may allow you to sign into and associate your social network accounts including, but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, with Nuvem Group. The Sites also may allow you to log in to a Nuvem Group account using certain social network account credentials.
By associating your social network account with Nuvem Group or logging in to a Nuvem Group account using your social network account credentials, you give us permission to access information that you have made available in your public profile for that social network account. The information available in your public profile varies based on the social network and your settings, but may include your email address, real name, profile picture, gender, and location. We use the information we receive from your social network account in accordance with the social network’s terms of use and this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the privacy settings in your social network account for information about what data is shared with Nuvem Group and other connected applications and to manage the data that is shared through your account, including information about your activities using our Sites.
If you would like to disconnect a social media account from us, refer to the settings of that social network account and its provider.

This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information collected by Nuvem Group through your interaction with the Website and the Mobile Apps and through other interactions with Nuvem Group relating to a Communication. Other websites or mobile apps that may be accessible through links from the Communication, Website, or Mobile Apps have their own privacy statements and personal information collection, use and disclosure practices. You should be aware that whenever you publicly disclose information online, that information could be collected and used by others. Nuvem Group is not responsible for any action or policies of any third parties who collect information that users publicly disclose in any such forums on the Sites. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy statements provided by these other parties prior to providing them with information.

We retain personal information, as necessary, for the duration of the relevant business relationship and purpose outlined in this Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding the duration of the purpose, we may retain your information if necessary to comply with our legal or professional obligations, enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, use it for analysis or historical record-keeping, or comply with our information management policies and schedules. If you request that we delete your personal data, Nuvem Group will make reasonable attempts to delete all instances of the information in their entirety. If you choose to register for a Communication or with the Website or a Mobile App, you may access your user profile, correct and update your details, or unsubscribe at any time. If you decide that you no longer wish to have your third party social network site account (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter) linked to your profile on the Website or a Mobile App, you may change your account settings at any time. We understand the importance of protecting children’s online privacy. Communications, the Website and Mobile Apps are not designed for or intentionally targeted at children under the age of 13. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have received such information, we will take steps to delete it.

Nuvem Group takes your privacy questions seriously. A dedicated team reviews your inquiry to determine how best to respond to your question or concern, including those inquiries received in response to an access or download request. In most cases, all substantive contacts receive a response within seven days. In other cases, we may require additional information or let you know that we need more time to respond.

Where your complaint indicates an improvement could be made in our handling of privacy issues, we will take steps to make such an update at the next reasonable opportunity. In the event that a privacy issue has resulted in a negative impact on you or another person, we will take steps to address that with you or that other person.

If you are not satisfied with Nuvem Group’s response, you may refer your complaint to the applicable regulator. If you ask us, we will endeavor to provide you with information about relevant complaint avenues which may be applicable to your circumstances.
